Our Story

We Built Lodelian Because We Were Angry

Good software failing in production should not be normal. We decided to do something about it.

The Moment That Started Everything

In 2021, Pavlusha — Lodelian's founder — was on the engineering team of a mid-sized SaaS company. On Black Friday, their checkout went down for 4 hours. They knew the risk. They had monitoring. They had an on-call rotation. None of it worked when it mattered.

The incident cost $340,000 in revenue. When the postmortem came back with "improve alerting thresholds" as the only action item, he knew something was deeply wrong with how companies approach production support.

"The alerts were fine. The problem was nobody owned the response. Fixing that requires culture, process, and dedicated people — not just better tooling."

He left in 2022 and founded Lodelian with one mission: be the dedicated people companies need but rarely build in-house.

Our Mission

Three words: protect your revenue.

Speed Over Everything

Every minute of downtime costs money. Actual speed when it counts — not SLA compliance theater.

Root Cause, Not Band-Aids

We fix the real problem. Clients with us 6+ months average 80% fewer incidents than when they onboarded.

Radical Transparency

Weekly reports. Clear language. No vague metrics. You always know what we are doing and why it matters.

How We Work

Four steps. No black boxes. You know exactly what happens at every stage.

1

Day 1–3: App Audit

72 hours of real engineering review — infrastructure, codebase, monitoring setup, incident history. You get a written findings report with prioritized actions before we touch anything.

2

Week 1–2: Stabilization Sprint

We fix highest-risk issues first — monitoring gaps, alerting holes, obvious performance bottlenecks. Most clients see measurable improvement in incident frequency within 2 weeks.

3

Month 1+: 24/7 Ownership

We take over incident response. Your team stops carrying pagers. Every alert triaged, every emergency escalated with full context. Response time within your SLA tier, every time.

4

Ongoing: Proactive Improvement

Each month we identify the top 3 improvements that reduce your risk or boost performance. You review. We implement. Your app gets more stable over time, not just maintained.

What We Are Not

Not a ticket system

We do not log your issue and get back to you in 3 business days. We answer in hours, not days.

Not a generalist outsourcing shop

Every engineer on your account has 5+ years in production environments. No juniors touching critical systems.

Not set-it-and-forget-it monitoring

Dashboards do not fix incidents. People do. We provide monitoring plus the human response that turns an alert into a resolution.

The Team

Small, senior, and extremely good at keeping things running.

Pavlusha

Founder & Lead Engineer

8 years in production engineering. Built and scaled systems for fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce. Believes most production fires are preventable.

Security & Compliance Specialist

Security Engineer

Former penetration tester. Helped 12 companies prepare for SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Builds security into workflows, not bolt-on fixes after incidents.

Infrastructure Lead

DevOps Engineer

7 years with AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes. Reduced infrastructure costs by 28% on average through right-sizing and architecture review.

Performance Engineer

App Performance Specialist

Database optimization, Core Web Vitals, load testing. Improved LCP by 61% on average across client apps within the first 90 days.
